Everyone has their own ways to navigate through getting things done in life. You’ll see all sorts of productivity or task-completion strategies touted as the “best” way to do such things. There is no such thing. The best way does not exist.

No matter how many coaches, productivity pundits, authors or writers, or success experts proclaim they have discovered a perfect method or strategy for focusing us on doing the things in life that need to or should be done, their methods aways have flaws. Why?

No single way to get things done is ideal for everyone because no two human beings, situations, life experiences, knowledge sets, skills, or goals are the same. One-size-fits-all solutions are always imperfect and always will be.

Thus, when I tell you here about my own 20-Mintue Power Session strategy, the huge caveat is that it’s “my” strategy. If you get something out of it, awesome. But please never adopt someone else’s life strategies entirely, even mine, without asking yourself if it works for you or if you could tweak or adjust it to better suit your own needs.
